Flexible New Deal Advisor required, if you have previously worked on contracts with DWP/ ESF/ JCP OR LSC this is the ideal role for you

The role:

  • Managing a caseload of customers supporting them into work
  • Conducting initial assessments,identifying needs and developing plans to enable employment
  • Identifying training needs and making the relevant referals
  • Hold fortnightly meetings with the client matching them to vacancies

The person:

  • Previous experience of interviewing with good customer service skills
  • Posses a Basic Health and Safety Certificate
  • The ability to create SMART action plans and reviews
  • Knowledge of support agencies such as housing / debt support would be an advantage.
