Sales Executive - Human Resources

We are currently recruiting for a busy Human Resources and Employment Relations organisation. They require a good sales person with experience or knowledge of Human recourses to help further grow the business.

The role:

  • Attending business networking meetings
  • Making contacts, gathering leads and making cold calls
  • Selling the services of the business
  • Assisting clients with production of contracts of employment, staff handbooks and disciplinary hearings

The candidate:

  • You will have a proven background in business sales
  • With experience of HR & employment relations
  • This role may be suitable for a graduate educated to degree level or equivalent looking for that first step into HR
  • For the first three months probationary period you will be expected to work on a commission only basis after that you will become a permanent member of staff
