TurnerFox Recruitment pass REC Inspection with Flying Colours!!

We are proud to say that TurnerFox Recruitment is one of the few agencies within the East Midlands to have passed an REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) Inspection, on services being delivered against the REC’s Code of Professional Practice And passed with flying colours first time.

Fola Tayo, the REC’s Head of Professional Standards said: “The REC introduced it’s spot-check inspections in order to ensure that REC members work to high standards. Agencies are selected on a random basis and have their working practices checked across a range of areas included within the REC’s Code of Practice and industry regulations. A high level of compliance is necessary in order to pass an inspection, and I am pleased that TurnerFox Recruitment has been successful in demonstrating their commitment to their REC membership and the standards we set.”
