The candidate is placed within a permanent position by TurnerFox Recruitment within 3 months of your referral.

TurnerFox Recruitment must not have already received details of the candidate prior to your referral.

The candidate must not be already registered with TurnerFox Recruitment.

Upon placement the candidate must successfully complete their probationary period.

Subject to all of the above you will receive your referral fee no sooner than one week after the completed probationary period.
