BE PREPERED
Preparation is key!! Before you attend any interview it goes without saying you should be well groomed, neat and tidy you want to impress. Avoid running late prepare your outfit the evening before.
Make sure you know exactly where you are going and have your route planned; you don’t want to be late because you haven’t prepared and are lost.
Research the company you are attending interview with. Employers respect the fact that you have taken an interest. They don’t expect you to know the full history of the company but it shows a keen interest to know the company background.
Understand the role you are interviewing for.
Think of the sort of questions you may be asked and then think of the sort of answers you would give. Some of the easiest answers can seem the hardest when on the spot.
Think of anything you would like to know about the company or the role and write it down, take a copy to the interview and at some point you will be asked if you have any questions this way you won’t forget what you want to know in the heat of the moment.
Take along a copy of your CV and any qualifications or certificates of achievement. The employer may have already received these, however, it is always nice to take a copy along.
Be confident believe in yourself you’ve got this far Employers time can be very precious you have done well to be at interview stage.
